Xperia Z update (10.4.1.B.0.109) hits Movistar Spain users

We recently saw a specific carrier update land for Movistar Spain’s Xperia Z1 owners and now the same has happened for its Xperia Z owners. The 10.4.1.B.0.109 firmware build is the same that rolled out for the Xperia Z Tablet Wi-Fi models, but this particularly update is now also rolling for Xperia Z (C6603) owners on the Movistar Spain network. We don’t expect a wider release of this particularly build. Sony has said that Android 4.4.2 KitKat will be coming to the handset from the middle of Q2 2014.
