Xperia Tablet Z and Xperia ZR to get Android 4.2.2 from early August

In this morning’s statement from Sony on the Android 4.3 software timeline, it also confirmed that the Xperia Tablet Z and the Xperia ZR will start to receive the Android 4.2.2 update from early August. So fingers crossed, we may even see it appear by the end of next week. We’ll bring you news as soon as it starts to roll out.
